This is way cool, broseph. I really dig the shade job; the colors play off one another well, sort of a funked-out negative or something. Very bueno. Given the title and profile I'm pretty sure I know who it is (and how cool he is), but I'll let someone else take a stab at it.
Glad to see you're back in it. Keep 'em coming!
or else...I spill you!
(this is the 3rd time I've tried to post a comment....work you stupid internet!)

My guess would be B. B. King. But it's just a guess. I really love the beautiful bright colors. The blues and the oranges are fantastic. Welcome back chickie.

Do I really want your pant vacuum on my fingers?
Well, I'm a writer, not an artist, so I don't know if my opinion counts. Here goes anyways....
I like how you only used basic warm and cold colors. It gives it a sweet unique feel. I like that the dude has a beer belly...faults make things more beautiful. All around I just like it, though I'm not sure I can articulate why. Nicely done.

I was looking through your gallery, and only stopped at this one. Can you figure out why? This has absolutely nothing to do with the rest of your gallery. But in turn I will say this: this ONE piece is the most unique out of your whole gallery. Why don't I see more of this. It's great! Why don't you try taking some of your own random shots of people. And applying the same effect as you did to this one. I really enjoy how the subject isn't really posed for a picture. it's unique. Why don't you try that. Random shots of people is key. Don't think to hard about the subject and from what perspective they're in. I like this style, and think you should practice this.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
